By analyzing the mathematical model of the piece, the steps for its creation are established. Following this phase, a quote is prepared for the client.

Design

Leveraging our experience, we focus on studying the parts to be manufactured with the moulds. After thoroughly examining every detail, the project is presented and shared with the client before moving into production.

Manufacturing

Production marks the beginning of the physical creation of the mould. Subsequently, the various processed parts are assembled along with all other components to create the tool.

Fine-Tuning

Through checks and geometric corrections, a perfect piece that meets the client’s quality standards is produced. Subsequently, the mould is painted, and descriptive tags are applied for shipment to the client.

Inspection amd Quality

The elements produced during various tests are meticulously analyzed, in order to improve the qality standard of the tool and the parts produced, meeting client’s requirements.

Integration

One of our team of experts visits the client’s manufacturing site, to verify the functionality of the moulds during the final production cycle. The goal is to achieve perfection and meet our client’s expectations.
